by using moodlog, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service.

moodlog is a journaling and mood tracking platform. you write, we detect emotions, you see patterns. the service is provided "as is" and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment.
3. research preview status
moodlog is in a research preview. things might change, break, or disappear without warning. we make no guarantees about availability or stability during this phase.
4. user responsibilities
you agree to:

6. subscriptions and payments
paid subscriptions are processed through stripe. by subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees. subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. data and privacy
your use of the service is also governed by our privacy policy. we collect and use data as described in that policy. you retain ownership of your journal content.
8. termination
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. you may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
9. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodlog, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. changes to terms
we may modify these terms of service at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
